Anyone that was denied a loan modification or refinance should visit this website for more information.  I am not a big fan of class action lawsuits as the payouts are not that large and the attorney’s fees are usually substantial. That is good news from the FHA. However you can bet that the big banks and mortgage servicers will do everything they can to ignore the FHA and continue to foreclose on homeowners and deny them loan modifications.
